Attestly — including the ruleset specification, the program grammar, the composition of authoritative datasets, and the source code — is the exclusive property of Code4Source. Original data remains under the license of its respective providers.
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided on a "best effort" basis unless a specific written SLA applies. Scheduled maintenance and incidents are communicated through official channels.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirement. The Organization may terminate the relationship at any time.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that results are suitable for every specific regulatory purpose — the Organization is responsible for validating applicability to its use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attestly's total liability towards the Organization is limited to the amounts actually paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Forum: jurisdiction of Code4Source's seat, except where mandatory rules provide otherwise.
